This is writer Keith G. Laufenberg's personal website and many of his published poems, short stories and novels may appear here, many of which can be accessed for free.
Keith G. Laufenberg has been a juvenile delinquent, a Marine, a professional fighter and a nightclub comedian but has also held just about every job a man could possibly hold including: dishwasher, waiter, laborer, carpenter, car salesman, real estate salesman, mortgage broker, paralegal, lifeguard, bartender, bouncer—ET AL—and a Human Being. He uses all his of life experiences in his writing but always tries to keep the Human Being's perspective.
Keith's two published novels, both published in 2007, are Semper-Fi-Do-Or-Die and Miami Rock. Both are available at any bookstore and online here at his website.
Keith is currently putting together enough of his short stories to publish a book of them and is working on editing 3 other novels. One of these novels is "South of South Beach," a 700-plus page book stemming from Keith's seven years of living & working in South Miami Beach. The picture is from that period and Keith is the one with his left arm around his good buddy Bill Merund, a retired iron-worker, from New York, 91 years-old at the time.
In over 30-years of writing Keith has written 150 short stories, with about half of those having seen publication. He is presently putting together enough of them to have a book. One of those upcoming books is entitled Muhammad's Revenge, for which the cover and first few stories can be read on his novels page.
